Oakmont Real Estate

Oakmont is a single-family home community located on Oakmont Parkway and Green Tree Drive and is the in the north-central portion of Pelican Bay. The number of single family homes in this community are 133 and were built beginning in 1987. Many of these homes were remodeled and others are still completely original. A couple of Oakmont homes have lake views while other homes provide larger lot sizes. The majority of these homes back up to each other but still have privacy due to fences. A special feature about Oakmont is the fact is that there aren’t additional mandatory fees other than the master association fee. There is an optional nominal annual fee if you wish to join the Oakmont neighborhood association.
